Many stores, one picture. Sales, fees and hours that line up.
Past a handful of stores, or once you franchise, the questions stay simple and the answers get slow. We build the tools that line stores up side by side, and the pages that send customers to an open door.

What goes wrong
The same problems come up on almost every first call.
Monday's report is stitched together by hand.
Franchisees send numbers in their own formats, from their own systems. Someone copies them into one spreadsheet, and the comparison is only as good as the copying.
Processor statements nobody reads.
Card fees arrive as a monthly statement for each store. Rates drift, deals differ, and a store paying well over its peers can go unnoticed for years.
The store finder sends people to a dark store.
Hours change for holidays and short-staffed days, but the website still shows last month's. On a phone, finding the nearest open store means pinching a map built for desktops.
Every opening starts from scratch.
A new store needs a countdown, a sign-up list and something to hand out on day one. Each opening rebuilds the same pieces in different tools, and the sign-ups end up in a spreadsheet nobody owns.
What we build
Each answer links to the service behind it.
- Dashboards
Every store on one screen
Sales, guests and labor by store and brand, any period against the one before. Each number carries a freshness badge, so a late franchisee shows up as late, not as a bad week.
- Custom software
A card-fee audit for the renewal
Each store's effective rate against its brand's normal rate, the yearly cost of the gap, and flags where the fee data looks incomplete. It exports to a workbook you can take into the meeting.
- Websites
The nearest open store, first
A phone-first store finder that puts the closest location open right now at the top, with directions, call and order one tap away. Light enough to load on a weak signal.
- Platforms
An opening kit you reuse
Countdown pages, sign-ups, guest passes and QR codes, set up for each store from the same template. Clicks and sign-ups from every opening land in one place.

Questions
Our franchisees use different systems. Can you still compare stores?
Yes, as long as each system can export its numbers in some form. We map every source to the same definitions, so net sales means the same thing in every row, and we mark any store whose data is late.
Will a card-fee audit save us money?
We can't promise that. What you get is a clear list of which stores pay more than their peers and what the gap costs per year, which is what you need to negotiate.
Can the store finder handle holiday hours?
It should, and we build it to. Hours live in one place with room for exceptions, so the website and the front door agree on Thanksgiving.
