Every brand’s numbers, side by side on one screen.

They wanted to compare stores across brands without copying spreadsheets, so we built one dashboard for sales, labor and guests, in English and Chinese.

What they wanted

Comparing two stores meant three exports and an afternoon of copying, because each brand ran its own point-of-sale system and spreadsheet. They asked for every store, side by side, in one place.

How we approached it

We brought every brand into one view and put a freshness badge on each number, so nobody argues about whether it’s current.

What we delivered
  • Sales, guests, product mix and labor by store and brand
  • Any period compared with the one before
  • Forecasts and a written weekly summary
  • Inspections, incidents and maintenance in the same app
  • English and Chinese, switchable per person
