Many sites, a few people. So the client isn't the first to notice.

Agencies and in-house teams end up looking after more sites than anyone can watch by hand. We build the checks that watch them, host the sites on two servers and help clear the backlog.

What goes wrong

The same problems come up on almost every first call.

The audit is stale on arrival.

An accessibility audit lands once a year as a long PDF. By the time anyone reads it, the site has changed and half the page references point at nothing.

You hear about ranking drops from the client.

SEO checks happen when someone remembers, usually after traffic has already fallen. Then you spend a week working out what changed.

The standby server is a hope, not a plan.

There's a second server, but nobody can say which sites are in sync on it. You'd find out during the outage.

Old sites fail checks, and a rebuild isn't funded.

The sites work. They also fail keyboard and contrast checks, and the client won't pay to start again.

What we build

Each answer links to the service behind it.

  • A scan every morning, worst site first

Each site is checked daily against WCAG 2.1 AA, sorted worst first, with what changed since yesterday. Every issue comes with a plain-English explanation and the fix written out.

    Accessibility & search
  • Search health, watched

A daily crawl and keyword rank tracking for each site, with an alert when something new breaks or a ranking slips. On a care plan, we read the alerts and fix what they find.

    Care plans
  • Two servers, checked every minute

Each hosted site is checked through the CDN and on each server. A site only counts as ready to fail over when both servers serve the same page, and anything else goes on a list with the next step written in.

    Hosting
  • Fixes without a rebuild

We fix what the site outputs rather than its content, then prove it with automated crawls, keyboard tests and a before-and-after report anyone can read.

Questions

Can you work behind our agency?

Yes, if that's how you work with your clients. We agree up front who talks to the client, whose name goes on the reports and who gets the alerts.

Do you take over sites someone else built?

Often. We start by looking at what's there: the code, the hosting, the plugins and who holds the logins. Then we tell you what we'd keep, fix or replace before anything moves.

Does a clean scan mean a site is compliant?

No, and we won't tell you it does. Automated scans catch a lot but not everything, so we pair them with keyboard tests done by a person and write down exactly what we checked.

Have something that should work better?

Tell us what is getting in the way. A person reads it and replies within two business days.
