The team knows which site needs help each morning.

They wanted to catch search problems before traffic fell, so we built daily SEO scans and keyword rank tracking across their sites, with a written report and an alert when something slips.

The search health overview: eight websites scored and sorted worst first, two flagged as needing attention

What they wanted

SEO checks happened when someone remembered, usually after traffic had already fallen. With a whole group of sites to look after, the team wanted to hear about problems first.

How we approached it

We score every site daily, put the worst at the top, and only raise a hand when something new breaks or a ranking slips.

What we delivered
  • A daily crawl with a health score per site
  • Keyword rankings with a trend
  • Alerts for new critical issues and ranking drops
  • A written report after every scan
