Built for restaurant groups. From the POS to the order button.

Most restaurant groups add brands one at a time, and the systems pile up the same way. We connect the numbers, fix the website and keep it running, so the office and the stores work from the same facts.

What goes wrong

The same problems come up on almost every first call.

Sales live in three POS systems.

Each brand picked its own point of sale. Comparing two stores means three exports, a spreadsheet and an afternoon, and by Monday's meeting the numbers are already old.

The locator still lists the store that closed.

Location pages get copied by hand. The old phone number slips through, the closed store stays on the map, and guests find out at a locked door.

The menu is a PDF.

It's hard to read on a phone, search engines can't see the dishes, and screen readers can't read it at all. Every price change means a new file.

Card fees differ by store, and nobody compares them.

Each store's rate is buried in a monthly processor statement. One store can pay well above its sister stores for years before anyone notices.

What we build

Each answer links to the service behind it.

  • One set of numbers across brands

Sales, guests, product mix and labor by store and brand, on one screen, with a badge that says how fresh each number is. In English and Chinese, if your managers prefer it.

    Dashboards
  • A site that ends at the order button

Menu, locations and gift cards, with an order button that stays in reach on a phone. New locations are cloned in one click, with a check for anything left over from the page they came from.

    Websites
  • Menus people and search engines can read

We turn PDF menus into real text, fix what the site outputs for screen readers and keyboards, and hand you a before-and-after report. Often without a rebuild.

    Accessibility & search
  • A card-fee audit with a number on it

We line every store up against its own brand's normal rate and price the gap per year. You walk into the processor renewal with a list, not a hunch.

Questions

Can you work with the POS systems we already have?

Usually. We start from whatever each system can share: an API, a scheduled report or a file export. On the first call we'll tell you which look straightforward and which will take more work.

Do we need a new website to fix accessibility?

Not always. Many problems can be fixed in what the site outputs, without touching your content, then checked with automated scans and keyboard tests. If a site is past that point, we'll say so before you spend anything.

We're opening new stores this year. Can the site keep up?

That's what location cloning is for. A new store's page starts from a layout you trust, gets checked for leftovers from the old one, and switches from coming soon to live when the doors open.
