Run the venue from the floor. Not from five logins in an office.
A venue runs on cameras, checklists, bookings and a dozen small questions an hour. We put the answers on the phone in a manager's hand, and in the chat apps your team already uses.

What goes wrong
The same problems come up on almost every first call.
Five systems, five logins, no phone.
Cameras, bookings, checklists and sales each have their own vendor portal. None of them work well on a phone in a loud building, so managers walk back to the office to check.
The recorder stopped, and nobody knew.
A camera recorder can quietly stop saving footage. You find out the night you need last Saturday's clip.
Simple questions wait on one person.
What did we do yesterday? Who approves this refund? The answer sits in someone's inbox, and they're off today.
The poster outlives the link.
A QR code goes on table tents, flyers and the wall by the door. The campaign ends, the link breaks, and the only fix is a reprint.
What we build
Each answer links to the service behind it.
- Mobile apps
The whole venue in one app
Revenue, guests, opening checklists, incidents, parties and bookings on a phone or iPad. Permissions mean a shift lead sees one venue and the office sees all of them.
- Dashboards
Cameras that report their own health
Live feeds and recordings sit next to the status of each recorder. A recorder that stops saving shows up today, not after an incident.
- AI assistants
Answers in the chat your team already uses
An assistant that reads live sales from the point of sale and replies in your team's messaging apps. The office gets a portal to teach it, approve requests and send broadcasts.
- Platforms
Print the code once
Branded short links and designed QR codes you can point somewhere new when the campaign changes. Clicks and sign-ups for every brand land in one place.

Questions
Does it work with the cameras we already have?
Often, but it depends on the recorder. Many can share live feeds and recordings with other software, and some older ones can't. We check yours before we promise anything.
Can the assistant see things it shouldn't?
It sees only what you connect it to, and answers only the people you allow. We agree both with you before launch, and the office can adjust what it knows from the portal.
Does the company behind the venues need its own website?
If you deal with landlords, partners or franchisees, usually yes. We built one for a multi-brand operator: a single page written for the people deciding whether to work with you, with brands, capabilities and a partner inquiry form.
