Yesterday’s sales, answered in the team chat.
They wanted staff questions answered without waiting on a person, so we put an assistant for each department, from operations and logistics to construction, legal and risk management, into the chat apps the team already uses, with live sales and one portal to run them.

- What they wanted
Simple questions like “what did we do yesterday?”, “when does the produce delivery land?” or “what do I file after a slip?” went to a person, then sat in their inbox. They wanted staff to get those answers without waiting on anyone.
- How we approached it
We gave each department its own assistant in the apps staff already use, and gave the office one place to teach, approve and broadcast.
- What we delivered
- Seven department assistants inside the team's messaging apps: IT, operations, marketing, logistics, construction, legal and risk management
- Live sales read straight from the point-of-sale systems
- A knowledge base the assistants learn from
- Approvals, campaigns and broadcasts
- A phone app for alerts and reports
