A small tweak: keyboard and mouse battery in the taskbar.
Their wireless keyboards and mice don’t show battery levels on Windows, so we built a small tray tool that reads each device’s charge and shows it in the taskbar.

- What they wanted
On Windows, these keyboards and mice don’t show their battery level anywhere you’d look, so people find out when one dies in the middle of a meeting. They wanted to see the charge at a glance.
- How we approached it
We kept it small: each device’s charge goes where people already look, in the taskbar.
- What we delivered
- Tray icons with live charge
- A charging indicator
- Reads the devices directly, no extra drivers
