Install quotes with a coverage map, not a sketch.

They wanted real install plans from the customer’s own drawings, so we built a tool that turns a building PDF into an editable plan with camera, Wi-Fi and speaker coverage drawn in.

What they wanted

Install plans started life as a screenshot of the customer’s PDF with arrows drawn on top. The team wanted a proper plan they could edit and send with a quote.

How we approached it

We started from the drawing the customer already has: pick the page, crop the floor, then place devices and let the coverage draw itself.

What we delivered
  • PDF page picker with a crop box
  • Editable plans with device symbols
  • Camera, Wi-Fi and speaker coverage overlays
  • Plans inserted straight into the team wiki
